Last updated: April 11, 2026

ApparelAI Studio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.apparelai.app and the ApparelAI Studio application at app.apparelai.studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our services.

1. Information We Collect

1.a Information You Provide

When you use ApparelAI Studio, we may collect information that you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
  • Payment & Subscription Information: Billing details processed through our third-party payment processors (Apple App Store, Google Play, and web payment processors). When you purchase or subscribe through the iOS app, your payment is handled entirely by Apple and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy and terms; we receive only the transaction outcome, subscription status, and anonymized receipt data needed to unlock your entitlements. We do not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full bank details on our servers.
  • Contact Information: Name, email, and message content when you use our contact form.
  • Uploaded Content: Product images and garment photos you upload for AI processing.
  • Communication Data: Emails, support tickets, and feedback you send us.
  • 1.b Information Collected Automatically

When you access our website or application, we may automatically collect:

  • Usage Data: Pages visited, screens viewed, features used, taps and clicks, time spent, session duration, crash reports, and interaction patterns.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, device model, OS version, and screen resolution.
  • Device Identifiers: Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android where applicable), installation IDs, Firebase instance IDs, and other device-level identifiers used for analytics, diagnostics, and fraud prevention.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and pages viewed.
  • Cookies & SDKs: We use cookies, SDKs, and similar tracking technologies (including Firebase Analytics and Google Analytics) to enhance your experience and understand product usage.

  • 3. How We Handle Your Images

    Your uploaded garment images are:

  • 3.a Processed by our AI systems solely to generate photoshoot results for you. When you trigger a photoshoot, your garment image and generation parameters are sent to Replicate's API for inference.
  • 3.b Not used to train our AI models or any third-party AI models without your explicit consent. Replicate processes images transiently for inference only and does not use your inputs or outputs to train models.

  • 3.e Accessible only to you through your account.
  • 4. User Responsibility for AI-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all content you generate using ApparelAI Studio, including AI-generated model images and photoshoots. Specifically:

  • 4.a You must not upload photos of real individuals (celebrities, models, actors, public figures, or any third party) as reference images for AI model generation without their explicit written consent.
  • 4.b You must not use AI-generated images that depict or resemble real individuals for commercial purposes without proper authorization and rights.
  • 4.c You are fully liable for any legal claims, disputes, damages, or consequences arising from your use of AI-generated images, including but not limited to claims of likeness infringement, personality rights violations, defamation, or intellectual property infringement.
  • 4.d ApparelAI Studio is not liable for how you use the images generated through our platform. We provide the technology; you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and respects the rights of third parties.
  • 4.e We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse our platform to generate content depicting real individuals without authorization, or that violates any person's rights.
  • By using ApparelAI Studio, you acknowledge that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consents for any reference images you upload, and you agree to indemnify ApparelAI Studio against any claims arising from your generated content.

Firebase may process device identifiers, app instance IDs, and event data on our behalf.
  • 6.c Preference Cookies: Remember your settings and preferences.
  • You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

Firebase may collect device identifiers, app instance IDs, IP address, and usage events. See Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and Firebase data disclosure at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
  • 10.d Replicate, Inc.: For AI model inference. When you generate an AI photoshoot, your uploaded garment image and generation parameters are sent to Replicate's servers for processing. Replicate acts as a data processor on our behalf, processes inputs transiently, and does not use your data to train models. See Replicate's privacy policy at https://replicate.com/privacy.
  • 10.e Flux / Black Forest Labs: The AI image-generation models we use (from the Flux family by Black Forest Labs) are hosted and executed via Replicate. Black Forest Labs does not receive your data directly; inference is managed through Replicate's infrastructure.
  • 10.f Payment Processors: For subscription billing.
  • Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.

    11. AI Models and Third-Party AI Processing

ApparelAI Studio uses artificial intelligence to generate photoshoot images. To be transparent about how your data interacts with AI systems:

  • 11.a AI models used: We use image-generation models from the Flux family developed by Black Forest Labs GmbH. These models are hosted and executed through the Replicate, Inc. inference platform.
  • 11.b What is sent to the AI: When you generate a photoshoot, your uploaded garment image(s), selected model parameters (pose, background, body type, etc.), and generation settings are sent to Replicate's API for inference.
  • 11.c What is returned: The AI model returns the generated photoshoot image(s), which we deliver to your account.
  • 11.d Data retention by AI providers: Replicate processes your data transiently during inference. Inputs and outputs may be temporarily cached by Replicate for operational purposes (e.g., to deliver results) but are not permanently stored or used for model training. Refer to Replicate's privacy policy for their current retention practices.
  • 11.e No training on your data: Neither ApparelAI, Replicate, nor Black Forest Labs use your uploaded images or generated outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models, unless you provide separate explicit consent.
  • 11.f Processing location: Replicate's inference infrastructure operates primarily in the United States. By using ApparelAI Studio, you consent to the transfer and processing of your image data in the United States for the purpose of AI inference.
